Devin Wallace, a 30-year-old resident of Novi, Michigan, was tragically killed on September 11, 2015, in a drive-by shooting outside the They Say restaurant in Detroit's Warehouse District. Wallace was behind the wheel of his white Mercedes, talking to another man, when a black Dodge Charger pulled up alongside.
