In the summer of 1993, a wave of violence struck Jackson, Mississippi, forever changing the lives of several families. Among the victims was Stacey D. Cooksey, a 16-year-old White female whose life was cut tragically short on July 8, 1993. Born on December 15, 1976, Stacey was a young woman with her entire future ahead of her.
