In the late summer of 2005, a tragic event unfolded in the small town of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, forever altering the community and the lives of those involved. On the evening of Saturday, August 13, 2005, Police Officer Timothy Lee Webster, a 32-year-old male, was on duty, having served with the Crystal Springs Police Department for just two months.
