In the spring of 2014, the life of Collie Jerry Neal, a 61-year-old man, was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the thirteenth of March, Neal was discovered inside his apartment, the victim of a fatal shooting. The circumstances surrounding his death immediately pointed to a homicide, launching an investigation into who was responsible for the violent act.
