Collie Jerry Neal, a 61-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, was found dead in his apartment on March 13, 2014. Neal's body was discovered at the Millsaps Plaza Apartments, located at 333 Millsaps Avenue. According to the Jackson Police Department, Neal had been shot at least twice, and it was unclear how long he had been in the apartment before being found.
