In the spring of 2021, the life of 28-year-old Kazery Smith was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of March 29th, Smith was outside a local convenience store when he was fatally shot. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Smith succumbed to his injuries. He was a male resident of the Jackson area.
