Rodell Emmanuel Wallace, a 29-year-old African American male from Killeen, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2020. Wallace was one of three victims found shot to death in a home on Blair Street in Killeen. The other victims were identified as 30-year-old Robin Renee Moses and 26-year-old Malcolm Jamal Laborn.
