In the late hours of a Sunday in March 2020, a gathering of firefighters in Flora, Mississippi, set the stage for a tragic turn of events that would end in the death of a respected Jackson Fire Lieutenant. Yancey Williams, a 36-year-old male, had been at the event, where he had recently connected with a man named Terrance Watts, discovering they were cousins.
