Kenneth Howard, a 25-year-old resident of Greenville, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2015. On that fateful day, Howard was found shot four times in the 300 block of Sunflower Lane in Greenville. The Greenville Police Department's Special Operations Unit, already in the vicinity executing a search warrant, responded immediately upon hearing the gunshots. Their swift action led to the arrest of Marquel Mangum, who was found at his home with the murder weapon.
