In the spring of 2015, a life was tragically cut short in Greenville, Mississippi. Trey E. 'Trey Baby' Carter, a 25-year-old man, was shot multiple times on the evening of May 7th. The fatal encounter occurred outside an apartment complex located on South Broadway, a scene that would soon be swarming with officers from the Greenville Police Department. Upon their arrival, they found Carter, who was pronounced dead at the scene, his life taken by an act of gun violence.
