In the spring of 2015, a life was tragically cut short in Greenville, Mississippi. Trey E. 'Trey Baby' Carter, a 25-year-old man, was shot multiple times on the evening of May 7th. The fatal encounter occurred outside an apartment complex located on South Broadway, a scene that would soon be swarming with officers from the Greenville Police Department.
