Mark Anthony Fairley, a 21-year-old resident of Gulfport, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2015, in Biloxi, Mississippi. The incident occurred outside a local shaved-ice stand, where Mark was fatally shot by his cousin, Chris Andre Fairley.
