Douglas Clincy, aged 54, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2015, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred around 9:00 PM on Enochs Street, where Clincy was found dead. The Jackson Police Department quickly responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
