In the evening hours of September 26, 2015, a long-standing and escalating conflict came to a tragic end on Enochs Street in Jackson, Mississippi. On that night, Douglas Clincy, a 54-year-old male, was found dead, having been lost to gun violence around 9:00 PM. The Jackson Police Department responded to the scene and promptly began an investigation into the circumstances of his death, which they determined to be a homicide.
