On March 4, 2016, 17-year-old Dacorian Kassette "Dee" Coleman of Starkville, Mississippi, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident at Camelot Apartments. The Starkville Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 7:30 p.m. and found Coleman fatally wounded upon arrival; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
