In a tragic turn of events in the late summer of 2016, a 67-year-old man was found deceased in his vehicle, the victim of a fatal shooting. Charles Dukes, a resident of Clinton, Mississippi, was discovered on September 22, 2016, in his car on Highway 18 in Jackson.
