Charles Dukes, aged 67, was found dead on September 22, 2016, in Jackson, Mississippi. His body was discovered inside a Mercury Grand Marquis parked behind the Jackson Area Federal Credit Union on Mississippi 18. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head. This tragic incident led to a thorough investigation by the Jackson police.
