Garland Monley, a 38-year-old resident of McComb, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 1:15 a.m. at 120 Gillis Circle. Monley was seated in the passenger side of a vehicle when an assailant approached and shot him with a small-caliber weapon. Despite being rushed to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center, Monley was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
