Dshawn Dee Boyd, an 18-year-old from Columbus, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2016. His body was discovered in a burning field around 1:20 a.m. by Columbus Fire and Rescue, who were responding to a fire in the 1900 block of 8th Avenue South. Boyd's body was found approximately 25 to 30 feet from a Chevy Malibu registered to his mother, which appeared to be the source of the blaze.
