Jayceon Karter O'Neal, a three-year-old boy from Vicksburg, Mississippi, tragically passed away on April 23, 2017. Jayceon died from a gunshot wound to the chest at a home located at 2004 Ford Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey.
