He was a father to three daughters and a son, and he cherished spending time with his grandchildren, often hunting and fishing and then cooking his catch for his family.
The investigation into Formigoni's death was initially shrouded in mystery, with few leads for the Washington County Sheriff's Department to pursue. However, after more than three months of diligent work, investigators made a significant breakthrough, leading to the arrests of four individuals in connection with the homicide. Authorities charged Eugene Sanders, 31, and Jessica Fryrear, 30, both from Greenville, with capital murder.
