Billy Ray Johnson, aged 61, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2017, in Kosciusko, Mississippi. The incident occurred late at night, just before midnight, at a residence on South East Street. Johnson was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen and arm. Alongside him, a 47-year-old woman was also discovered with gunshot wounds to her face and arm. Both victims were immediately transported to Baptist Attala Hospital, where Johnson was pronounced dead.
