In the late summer of 2019, tragedy struck the community of Kosciusko, Mississippi, with the violent death of 31-year-old Rodney Williams. On the afternoon of August 21, 2019, at the intersection of Highway 43 North and 4th Avenue, Williams was fatally shot and pronounced dead at the scene.
