Death by Force

Marshall Washington, a 37-year-old resident of Sallis, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2017, in Kosciusko, Mississippi. The incident occurred in front of Building 2 at the Cannonade Apartments. On that fateful Sunday afternoon, the Kosciusko Police Department received a call reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Marshall Washington with a single gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Attala County Coroner Sam Bell.
