Isael Eduardo Rios, a 24-year-old resident of Elyria, Ohio, was fatally shot on September 2, 2023. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Chronicle Telegram newspaper, where Rios was found with multiple gunshot wounds, including a critical injury to the chest.
