Carl Tyrone Fair Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Laurel, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2017. The incident occurred at the West Hill Apartments on West 10th Street in Laurel. According to reports, the Laurel Police Department received a distress call from a tenant who reported that her ex-boyfriend was attempting to forcefully enter her apartment.
