A promising future was tragically cut short on a Saturday morning in Horn Lake, Mississippi. Jaquarius Harper, a 17-year-old male, was fatally shot on September 30, 2017. At the time of his death, Harper was a senior at Lake Cormorant High School and a talented football player with a bright future, reportedly in talks with college scouts.
