On the night of October 1, 2017, the city of Natchez, Mississippi, was gripped by a wave of violence as a group of men in a white Chevrolet truck went on a chaotic shooting spree, indiscriminately firing at various targets across the city. In the midst of this pandemonium, 34-year-old Richard Frazier, a beloved father of two with no known gang affiliations, was tragically killed.
