In the early morning hours of January 18, 2018, the quiet of Moss Point, Mississippi, was broken by the discovery of a young man's lifeless body. Kellie R. Guy, a 24-year-old Black male from the local community, was found slumped in his car in the 6600 block of Orange Grove Road.
