Tarus Dandridge, a 41-year-old resident of Greenville, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2019, as a result of a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred outside the Kool-It Lounge on Nelson Street in Greenville. Emergency medical personnel and the Washington County Coroner, Methel Johnson, pronounced Dandridge dead at the scene. The incident was a stark reminder of the pervasive issue of gun violence in the community.
