In the early morning hours of February 16, 2019, a domestic disturbance call to a residence on Foxhill Drive in Clinton, Mississippi, set in motion a tragic chain of events that would claim the life of 28-year-old Le Thi My Van and three others. Responding officers were met with gunfire from Nam Quang Le, who then barricaded himself inside the home, taking multiple people hostage. This initiated a tense standoff that would last for approximately 12 hours.
