On October 20, 2025, officers were dispatched at about 10:58 p.m. to a home at 907 Cedar Hills Drive in Clinton, Mississippi, where they found Jasmine Singleton, a 45-year-old Black woman, lying on the kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
