Brandon Howard, aged 33, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2019, in Butler, Mississippi. The incident occurred at Bedford Pines Apartments on Vanity Fair Drive, just before 9 p.m. Howard was fatally shot, leading to a swift and thorough investigation by local authorities.
