Jteira Myers, a 24-year-old woman from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost her life on December 31, 2019. Myers, who had special needs, was remembered by her family and friends as a bright and loving individual. On New Year's Eve, she was in her bedroom when gunfire erupted outside her home on Shepwood Drive. The bullets penetrated the walls of her house, striking and killing her.
