Beatrice Williams, a 23-year-old woman from Indianola, Mississippi, tragically lost her life in the early hours of March 1, 2020. She was shot outside a local business during a party near the corner of Sunflower Avenue and Main Street. According to Sunflower County Coroner Heather Burton, Williams was pronounced dead at South Sunflower County Hospital shortly before 2 a.m. after being brought in with a gunshot wound to the chest.
