Cedrick Smith, a 40-year-old resident of Wesson, Mississippi, was tragically shot and killed on November 13, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning on Russell Circle in Wesson. According to investigators, Cedrick Smith's body was discovered at the scene and subsequently transported to the Mississippi Crime Laboratory for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. The Copiah County Sheriff's Office immediately launched a murder investigation following the discovery.
