In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of Joshua Fulgham was tragically cut short. On January 14, 2021, the 25-year-old Black/African American man was shot multiple times on Maple Street. The incident, which occurred around 12:30 a.m., also left a 37-year-old woman injured. She was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
