In the late hours of a Friday night in Natchez, Mississippi, the life of 24-year-old Kendrick Altorry Smith, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On February 12, 2021, the sound of multiple gunshots pierced the air on George F. West Boulevard, prompting a response from the Natchez Police Department.
