In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of 26-year-old Booker Tarvin was cut short. On September 18, 2022, gunshots rang out at an apartment complex on Rebel Woods Drive, and when police officers arrived around 9:30 p.m., they found Tarvin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
