On a summer night in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of Brad Deon Lyles, a 28-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On July 14, 2013, while visiting his family, including his twin brother, at the Western Pines apartment complex, Lyles was ambushed and shot in the abdomen.
