In the spring of 2020, a fatal encounter at a Tulsa apartment complex tragically cut short the life of 34-year-old Bayron Rodriguez. On April 1st of that year, Rodriguez, a maintenance manager at the Westminster Apartments, was accompanied by the complex's manager, 57-year-old Jane Hall, as they investigated reports of smoke. Their duties were violently interrupted by a man they did not know, leading to a fatal shooting that claimed both of their lives.
The man responsible for the deaths
of Rodriguez and Hall was identified as Davion Wilkes. Following an investigation into the double homicide, Wilkes was apprehended and faced legal proceedings.
