On January 30, 2014, Ervin Phillip Ingraham, aged 21, was tragically shot and killed in his home located in the 1600 block of 17th Street SE, Washington, DC. Alongside him, Ronnetta Hurley-Brown, also 21, was found dead. The couple's two young children, aged 2 and 1, were discovered unharmed at the scene.
