In the summer of 2014, a police chase through the streets of Oklahoma City brought a dramatic and fatal end to the life of 43-year-old Roc Eugene LaRue. The events unfolded on June 9th, when LaRue, a male, allegedly stole a vehicle, drawing the attention of law enforcement.
