In the winter of 2015, the life of 33-year-old Delbert Delano Gaines was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in northeast Oklahoma City. On January 19th, police were called to the scene where they found Gaines, a male resident of the city, who had succumbed to gunshot wounds. The incident was quickly identified by authorities as a homicide, prompting an immediate investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
