In the late winter of 2015, a violent encounter in Tulsa, Oklahoma, claimed the life of one man and left another injured. Omar Carillo Florez, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 2, 2015. Another man, Terry Fitzgerald Jackson, was also shot but survived.
