On the evening of September 9, 2015, in Lawton, Oklahoma, a verbal dispute tragically escalated, resulting in the death of 39-year-old Jeremy Jacobs, a White/Caucasian male. The incident unfolded at approximately 8:10 p.m. in the 2200 block of NW Pollard Avenue, where police responded to a call and discovered Jacobs lying in the street with a fatal gunshot wound to his neck. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
