In the warm evening of June 25, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Keelin Wayne Kennedy, a White male from Lawton, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short. Kennedy, who was with his girlfriend and another friend, had arranged to meet with another individual in the 1700 block of Northwest 23rd Street.
