Norman Russell Glover, a 42-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on August 4, 2016, in Lawton, Oklahoma. On that day, Lawton police were dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of Northwest 31st Street after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Glover inside his home, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
