In the fading light of a Wednesday evening in northwest Oklahoma City, the life of Collis Walker, a 22-year-old male, was brought to a sudden and violent end. On March 14, 2018, Walker was found shot to death inside an SUV in a parking lot located at 12241 N. Pennsylvania Ave. A former defensive lineman for the University of Central Oklahoma's football team, he was a senior just months away from graduating with a degree in industrial safety.
