In the early evening of December 26, 2023, the life of 20-year-old Gabriel Garcia, a Hispanic male, was irrevocably altered on the streets of Oklahoma City. At approximately 5:30 p.m., police officers responded to a call concerning a vehicle that had come to a stop in the middle of the road near the intersection of NW 50th Street and Willow Cliff Road. Inside the car, they discovered Garcia suffering from gunshot wounds.
