On a Sunday in May of 2018, the lives of two young women were tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Amber Dawn Foreman, a 27-year-old Caucasian female, and her friend, 22-year-old Pricila Ochoa, were discovered deceased inside an apartment, both victims of apparent gunshot wounds. The grim discovery was made on May 6, 2018, leaving family and friends in a state of shock and grief.
