In the winter of 2018, the community of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, was struck by a heart-wrenching incident that resulted in the death of Tristan James Waters. A 20-year-old White/Caucasian male, Tristan was known for his work in auto repair and sales. On the evening of December 12th, a call brought police to the home he shared with his younger brother.
