In the quiet town of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, the life of 29-year-old Corey Todd, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short on the evening of April 1, 2017. A shooting incident in a local neighborhood not only claimed Todd's life but also that of 52-year-old Anthony Cooks.
