In Okmulgee, Oklahoma, a confrontation at a residence near Kennedy Street and North Miami Avenue on September 8, 2025, ended in the tragic death of 37-year-old Chadwick Duan Thompson. When first responders arrived at the scene, they discovered Thompson mortally wounded by gunfire. Despite their life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the location.
